Since then, i'm havily using HackMD. It just feels very lightwight to open a new browser tab, create a document and let ideas flow.

I don't think there is a practical solution that allows keeping those two sources of information in sync so closing for now until anyone convinces me of the opposite.

Use HTML email validator for that, as normal one is very picky, but not everything is allowed in the emails, see GMail docs for example: https://developers.google.com/gmail/design/reference/supported_css
