Description

for the usb3 module in the beta I envision using a small form factor pc like an intel nuc
there the raw data from the beta would be received into ram, written to SSD and at the same time a lower resolution preview should be calculated (this seems to be best done in the GPU via shader)

resize and debayer
but likely with simplified algorithmns

pixel skipping and extracting colors from RGB sensels directly
as the pattern is 2x2, it can be processed relatively easy, so the available pixels are interpolated to one
also hybrid mode for GPU/CPU in OCL is very helpful

there is a lot of stuff about ocl debayering online
