When cmv_snap3 is updated, it would be great to :

• have the possibility to adjust windowing with an option (ie output *.raw12 with only 4096x2048px or even only 2048x1536px)
  • for 4096x2048, it'll be vertical windowing (register 1 and 2, as said in datasheet_CMV12000 v.1.12.pdf, p.35).
  • for 2048px wide, it'll be by binning method (to be discussed).
• have the possibility to have a "colored" monochrome output of 2048x1536px (with choice of the color) by subsampling in X and Y direction (p.41) for both test purposes and b&w photography (ideally, a monochrome sensor would be used, but it's a good starting point if you already have a "bayered" sensor !)
