Description

At the top of the full enclosure we envision a fan (40x40mm or 50x50mm) that fulls the air in from the bottoms and flows it through the electronics and then pushes the air out the top.

For both bottom and top air ventilation holes we would like to have an air filter foam sheet.

Where do we get them?
can we cut/mill them to our shapes?
How to we attach the foam (glue is not modular/replaceable), screws probably overkill, alternatives?

It seems to be pretty standard to use PU foam as air filter.

This foam can be CNC milled or laser cut according to a quick websearch.
