Phabricator registration redirects to an image

Description

Minor issue;
After submitting username, email, password, the sign-up page redirects to:
http://lab.apertus.org/file/data/nq5pcrecelctlkyheun5/PHID-FILE-gyk3627n7h7evskn2c6n/project.png

Initially I forgot to put a real name and had to go back and re-enter the details. Can't see that this would be related though.

Confirmation email still appears and the account registers OK.

Have seen this as well, will fix it asap. Probably need to upgrade phabricator, but we first need solid backup/doc of the current working system :-)

Since they (and I) can't reproduce it well, I mark this as low priority. Also added a warning on the welcome message (homepage dashboard).

This is fixed in later commits. might be a good idea to update our install
